The Town Commission will render their recommendation for denial or approval for the current Grosvenor proposal July 12th & 13th. The Story-poles you see from HWY 17 represent Phase One of Two phases. It occurs on just 20 of the 44 acres that exists within the N40 boundary. Some residents believe this project must be approved As-is. IT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT! By conservative estimates (based on survey's, public comment and social media posts) over 92% of Los Gatos Residents OPPOSE the current application. Residents cite that it pays little respect to Town Character, Preservation of Hillside Views, Open Space, Downtown Business Preservation and Traffic Mitigation. Your attendance is critical to the outcome of this decision. Please mark your calendars for the MOST CRITICAL MEETING YET. This is PERMANENT folks! Now is the time to send a COMMUNITY WIDE MESSAGE: "Development on the North 40 MUST compliment Town Character and not deviate from the town's Vision as stated in The Specific Plan".
